1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on products purchased directly from Universal Urethane Products, within 60 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Restocking Fee
All returns made within the first 60 days from the date of purchase will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for used parts.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund, minus the applicable restocking fee (if applicable).
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
